Terms and Conditions of MingoCall

Welcome to MingoCall (“App”, “we”, “our”, or “us”). These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the MingoCall mobile application and services. By downloading, accessing, or using MingoCall, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App

1. Eligibility

  • You must be at least 18 years old to use MingoCall.
  • By using the App, you confirm that you meet the minimum age requirement and have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement.

2. User Accounts

  • To access certain features, you must create an account using your email, phone number, or third-party login (e.g., Google Sign-In).

  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.

  • You are responsible for all activity under your account.

  • You can delete your account anytime from the app settings.

3. Use of Services

MingoCall provides messaging, video calling, and random matching services. You agree to use these services only for lawful and personal purposes.

You agree NOT to:

  • Post or transmit any content that is offensive, harmful, obscene, defamatory, or illegal.

  • Harass, abuse, stalk, or harm other users.

  • Impersonate another person or misrepresent your identity.

  • Record, copy, or share private communications without consent.

  • Use bots, automation, or scripts to misuse the App.

  • Disrupt or interfere with the security, servers, or networks connected to MingoCall.

Violation of these rules may result in suspension or permanent termination of your account.

4. Content

  • You retain ownership of the content you create and share (messages, videos, profile info).

  • By using the App, you grant MingoCall a limited, non-exclusive, worldwide license to use, display, and distribute your content only as necessary to operate the services.

  • We reserve the right to remove or restrict content that violates these Terms.

5. Payments and Subscriptions

  • Some features of MingoCall may require payment via in-app purchases, subscriptions, or credits.

  • Payments are processed securely through Google Play Billing, Razorpay, or Stripe.

  • All purchases are non-refundable, except where required by law.

  • Subscriptions will auto-renew unless canceled through your Google Play account before the renewal date.

6. Third-Party Services

MingoCall uses third-party services (e.g., Agora SDK for calls, Firebase for authentication/notifications, Google/Stripe/Razorpay for payments). Your use of these services is subject to their own terms and policies

7. Termination

  • You may terminate your use of the App at any time by deleting your account.

  • We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, abuse the service, or for security/legal reasons.

  • Upon termination, your right to use the App will immediately end.

8. Disclaimers

  • MingoCall provides services on an “as is” and “as available”

  • We make no guarantees regarding uninterrupted service, accuracy of matches, or reliability of communications.

  • We are not responsible for the behavior, content, or actions of other users.

  • Use the App at your own risk.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

  • MingoCall is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages (including loss of data, revenue, or reputation) arising from your use of the App.

  • Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the service (if any) in the last 6 months.

10. Privacy

Your use of MingoCall is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect and use your data. Please read it carefully.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Updated Terms will be posted within the App with the new “Last Updated” date. Continued use of the App means you accept the updated Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [India/Uttar Pradesh], without regard to its conflict of law principles.
