  • Video, voice, and chat data during calls (powered by Agora SDK). Calls and chats are not stored permanently unless required for moderation.

  • Photos, videos, or files you upload (via camera, image picker, or gallery access).

c. Device & Usage Information

  • Device details (model, OS version, device ID, IP address).

  • Push notification tokens (via Firebase Messaging).
  • Crash and performance logs (via Firebase Crashlytics).

  • App activity (features used, session length, clicks).

d. Location (Optional)

  • If you allow, we may collect location to improve friend matching.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the collected data to:

  • Enable messaging, video/audio calling, random match, and friend discovery.

  • Authenticate users securely via Firebase.

We use encryption, secure transmission, and industry-standard safeguards to protect your data. However, no system is 100% secure.

7. Children’s Privacy

MingoCall is not for children under 13 (or under 16 in some regions such as the EU). We do not knowingly collect data from minors. If such data is found, it will be deleted.
